The cost of electric cars must be made fair in housing associations

However, it is a cost component for electricity transmission in addition to the electricity tax and security of supply.

Spike fees are typically the highest hourly consumption per month per condominium, and the normal electricity consumption of the property also generates power costs.

However, the costs of spike power must be distributed to the shareholders. If other cost factors in the supply of electricity are paid for by the housing association, even those who are not driven will be paid by the chargers.

Housing companies must therefore understand the total cost of purchasing electricity when deciding on charging pricing in the housing company.

The fair model is to take the total cost of the company’s electricity supply for the accounting throughout the year and share them with the number of kilowatt hours of the year. Only in this way is to determine the actual costs.

In addition, the cost of the operator in use must be taken into account. Housing associations must, by law, have the cost to the users of the service, ie parking users must pay real costs. They cannot be applied to everyone, including in non-automatic housing associations.

Typically, spiked fees with a larger subscription basic fee are the biggest factors. The charge for the spike is per electricity transmission company and thus varies from region to region.

When the spike power is properly treated, this is not the case.

In areas where you are just acquiring a charging system, adding intelligence will increase costs by a few hundred euros per charging device.

However, in the longer term, the investment can avoid significantly higher costs and replacement of the electrical connection. There are numerous companies implementing automated management services in Finland.
