The Israeli Bank warned about the growth of the share of families taking a mortgage on high -risk conditions

According to the report, the share of new mortgages in the amount of 60-75% of the cost of housing with the level of monthly payment of more than 30% of family income increased to the historical maximum.

The Central Bank also noted the continuing growth of the share of construction companies in loan portfolios of banks while reducing the level of profitability of the construction sector to the zero mark.

At the same time, the Israeli bank emphasizes that at the moment this is not a threat to the stability of the banking system.
