There will be no anonymity in the new guidance program with guilty management in the tax management

The tax administration completes the preparation of a new turnout program with a confession for persons with undeclared income and those who want to avoid criminal prosecution.

According to Globes, unlike previous similar programs, this time the tax department will not offer an option of the initial stage of negotiations on anonymity.

At the same time, the program provides for an accelerated procedure for persons who have received undeclared income in cryptocurrency in the amount of up to several hundred thousand shekels. In addition, the tax inspector will be able to act at his discretion at cases where the income from cryptocurrency does not exceed 5 million shekels. In excess of this amount, consultation and receipt of additional permits will be required.
