The manufacturer of Tesla electric vehicles, which also owns the largest electric vehicle charging stations in Israel, has still given access to the Supercharger super -construction points only to Tesla owners.
From this week, the company has opened access to super -construction charging and owners of other electric vehicles. At the moment, the pilot project is valid only in Eilat.
The cost of charging for other electric vehicles is more expensive than for Tesla owners, but cheaper than in other electric vehicles charging.
Charging for Tesla owners costs 1.2 shekels per kW/h, for owners of other electric vehicles-1.7 shekel per kW/h, while other networks are taken during peak hours-2.35-2.7 Shekels per kWh.
