Xai, the start-up in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) of multi-billionaire Elon Musk, has launched his latest version of Chatbot Grok-3. With the Chatbot, which Musk calls the “Smartest AI on earth”, the company wants to compete with the Chatbots of OpenAi and the Chinese Deepseek.
Grok-3 is immediately available for Premium+subscribers on X, the social media platform of Musk. The company also starts a new subscription called SuperGrok for the Chatbot mobile app and the Grok.com website. Xai is also planning to make previous versions of its grok models within a few months of open source, making the technology freely accessible to third parties.
Grok-3 has “more than ten times” the computing power of his predecessor, Musk said at the presentation of the new chatbot. In the field of mathematics, science and coding, Grok-3 defeats the AI models of competitors such as Google Gemini from Alphabet, Deepseeks V3 Model and OpenAi’s GPT-4O, says Musk.
