Marc Coucke is now also going to Ibiza and Kos: investor buys in luxury hotels

Entrepreneur Marc Coucke just made another hotel investment. This time, it’s in Spain in Greece instead of our own country. The OKU Leisure Group, which owns and manages hotels on the well-known vacation islands of Ibiza and Kos, has sold Coucke himself.

Coucke is now adding the OKU Leisure Group to its “leisure portfolio” after making investments in the animal park Pairi Daiza, hotel-restaurant Sanglier des Ardennes, ski resort SnowWorld, and Arenal/Padelworld. According to a news announcement, Coucke has acquired 50% of two hotels in Ibiza and Kos from the owner and operator through his investment firm Alychlo nv.

In the hotel industry, OKU has swiftly established itself as the standard. Luxury and sustainability are complementary. With success, as OKU was recently named the top hotel in the Balearic Islands. OKU is current and cool.

The ambitions extend beyond the existing two hotels.
