Wins to launch change negotiations concerning Vincitin Service business and IT support staff in Finland. The aim of the negotiations is to adapt Vincit’s functions to reflect the changed operating environment and to improve the company’s competitiveness and profitability. With change negotiations, the company aims to save about EUR 2 million in 2025.
The conversion negotiations covered a total of about 500 employees. It is estimated that a maximum need for personnel is reduced by a maximum of 50 people. In addition, change negotiations can be used to make structural organizational and role changes.
“The software development market is in the transition and we adapt our business in areas where demand is clearly impaired. At the same time, we will continue to grow growth in our strategy, especially for data and artificial intelligence solutions and transformation projects related to the SAP ecosystem, ”says Vincit CEO Julius manni.
Vincit communicates to his employees openly throughout the negotiating process and informs the outcome after the negotiations are over. Change negotiations will not affect the guidelines provided by Vincit’s financial statements on 2025 turnover and relative profitability.
