Svenska Hem Entreprenad has demanded SEK 21,053 498 from Lapwall, a guarantor in the Oulu District Court.

“28.12.2024 by the District Court, the District Court has resolved the question of whether Lapwall Oyj is obliged to pay the required payment on the basis of a one -sided judgment against its subsidiary. The district court resolved the matter to the detriment of Lapwall Oyj and obliged Lapwall Oyj to pay the required performance to Svenska HEM Entreprenad AB. ”

The case will continue to be heard due to the appeal of Lapwall in the Rovaniemi Court of Appeal.
