Construction company Yit announces that it has agreed to be located in Kaldno BD Portti Kladno -with the Housing Cooperative on the sale of the first phase of the apartment block project and the construction of the houses included.
According to the YIT announcement, the value of the agreement is approximately EUR 18 million and is recorded in the first quarter order book of 2025.
In the first phase, YIT will build 85 communal housing apartments that the housing cooperative sells to its members. In the second phase, YIT will build homes for sale on free markets with pre -marketing.
