Vaisala shares large block sales – total amount of more than EUR 15 million

The manufacturer of weather measurement Vaisalan A shares were made on Tuesday afternoon at 2:38 pm Big block shop.

The target was 200,000 shares of the company, which corresponds to about 0.5 % of the number of outdoor shares in the company. In the block trade, the unit price of the shares was EUR 47.65. The total value of the transaction increased to EUR 9.5 million.

At 3:13 pm Vaisala’s share also made a block shop, where 120,000 shares changed hands. The value of the transaction was more than EUR 5.7 million, compared with EUR 47.88 at a bargain price per share.
