Two employees who have become leaders at the head of Toulénet, a family business for cleaning Loiret

Between them, they have managed the Touténet company for a few months, which its historic boss, Jean-François Denis, ceded to them. Isabelle Ferreira, 41, and Maria Da Silveira, 50, acquired 51 % of the shares of this large cleaning company of 180 employees, created in 1978 in the agglomeration of Orleans (Loiret), and begin to take their marks.

The first, for 16 years in the company, has managed accounting, while the second has occupied the position of agency manager for eight years. But the two had the same fear: that Touténet falls into the hands of a large group. Together, they therefore worked for a year and a half on their recovery project before succeeding in obtaining bank loans, which should allow them to complete the total acquisition of the company in a few months. “Bravo, because women who take businesses, there are few, especially when they have more than ten employees,” congratulates them Annick Noble, regional director of Total Energies, who granted them a zero -rate loan of 100,000 euros to support their initiative.

“With us, nobody ends after 20 hours”

The two entrepreneurs have registered the quality of life at work at the heart of their project, in a sector where cleaning services, in offices or buildings, often take place early in the morning or late in the evening, to the detriment of the social and family life of employees. “We created a day team on the 9 am to 4 pm The idea came to us on the return of an employee on maternity leave, to allow her to take care of her child. And, with us, nobody ends after 8 pm, ”explains Isabelle Ferreira.

It is of course only possible if employers accept that the cleaning is done when the offices are occupied, an increasingly widespread practice. “About 80 % of our customers have accepted coactivity, and this value our employees more,” continues his colleague.

To further strengthen its societal commitment and better display it with its customers, Touténet has embarked on an AFNOR certification process, a sesame which still requires some adjustments and that the company hopes to win in a few months.
