Tecnotree Board of Directors on the street – proposes a dividend

Software company Tecnotreen The Board of Directors decides to submit a dividend of EUR 0.01 from last year to the Annual General Meeting. The proposal was not yet included in the original financial statements 26.2. The company announced the change today on Friday before the announcement of the Annual General Meeting notice.

“Although the Board of Directors did not originally included a dividend proposal in the financial statements, in order to keep the dividend payment steady, the Board of Directors has now decided to propose a dividend of EUR 0.01 per share. This proposal reflects the government’s desire to strengthen the improvement of financial results in 2024 and its commitment to dividend payments to shareholders, ”the company’s release states.

The proposal means about 0.3 % dividend yield for a share at a price of around EUR 3.46.

In the dividend policy updated in September 2024, the company aims to distribute 10 % of the free cash flow annually as a dividend, which outlines the strategic target of dividend distribution to improve cash flow.

The company reports a free cash flow of EUR -1.8 million in the financial statements published on 26.2.2025, which is an improvement of EUR 8 million compared to the previous year.

“The proposal must be considered as an exception to the dividend policy for the benefit of shareholders, not as a change in politics,” the bulletin outlines.

The dividend proposal is submitted for approval at the Annual General Meeting, which is to be held on April 7, 2025.
