The debt of VND 134 billion with the collateral is the Elisa restaurant ship of a company in Ho Chi Minh City that Agribank was auctioned to recover the debt on April 18.
The Ho Chi Minh City Property Auction Service Center has just announced the auction of debt of Hao Huy Trading Co., Ltd. at Agribank (Saigon Branch). This debt has a principal of approximately VND 60 billion and a profit of VND 74 billion, which has lasted from mid -2011 to the present.
The collateral for the loan is Elisa restaurant and Camry cars. In particular, the Elisa ship is used by the business to exploit the wedding restaurant service and claim to be “the largest floating restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City”.
The ship was built in 2007, capable of carrying a maximum of 1,000 guests but not moving but only anchored at Saigon Port (District 4, Ho Chi Minh City). This place is famous as a close -up fireworks point on holidays with a ticket price of several million dong each.
According to the auction regulations, the starting price is equal to the value of the debt. People who want to buy must deposit 20%, or nearly 27 billion dong and agree to buy according to the status quo “why buy it”, which is to receive the debt to win the auction according to the current situation and legal documents.
Hao Huy Trading Co., Ltd was established in 2005. According to information about the latest published capital in 2000, the company has 2 shareholders with capital contribution ratio of 30% and 70% respectively. The total value of capital contributed is 60 billion.
