Wulff revamps its business organization in the Work Environment segment. The reform supports more optimal resource targeting and clarifies operating models so that the company can react more flexibly to customer needs and market changes, the company says.
As part of the arrangement, change negotiations were carried out, which ended today.
The negotiations were covered by 60 people and as a result of nine people’s employment relationships.
The company estimates that the measures will reduce personnel costs by approximately EUR 0.7 million per year. Streamlining operations enables better conditions for sustainable growth and long -term competitiveness, the release states.
