Gofore starts change negotiations – a need for a reduction of up to 95 people

The estimated reduction need of up to 95 people in expert roles and administration.

The company estimates, that the planned change would result in savings of EUR 7.6 million per year.

“The uncertainty we previously anticipated at the beginning of 2025 has been realized, and some of our service areas have been poor in demand. This combined with a strict competitive situation and price pressure has caused our free capacity to be chronically too high,” CEO Mikael Nylund says in the bulletin.

“That’s why we have to make a heavy decision to launch change negotiations to reduce our number of staff,” he continues.

Also software company Lemonsoft told Starting change negotiations. According to the company, the need for deduction is up to 35 people.
