About the assets of the PRA Public Relations Agentur GmbH FN 309900k, restructuring proceedings without self-administration were opened today, Thursday, at the Commercial Court in Vienna. This is confirmed by Günther Moser from Credit reform the COURIER. 15 employees and 17 creditors are affected.
The debtor company was founded in 2008, and Werner Beninger appears as the managing partner in the company register.

“At the beginning of this year, several major customers ended their cooperation with the debtor. Bad debts and cost increases further exacerbated the crisis,” says Creditreform. “The resulting losses could not be compensated for in a timely manner. Because of the high liabilities, there was no alternative to filing for insolvency.”

The liabilities amount to around 1.1 million euros.
The future
The company is to be continued and the creditors are to be offered a restructuring plan with a quota of 20 percent. The renowned lawyer Norbert Abel has been appointed as insolvency administrator.
