Abel is suing the former Signa Prime board member Timo Herzberg for 6.65 million euros and the board member Manuel Pirolt for 3.94 million euros. Any payments were declined. He is demanding 16.52 million euros from Kühne Immobilia Austria, 24 million euros from a Hamburg Commercial Bank and around 22.8 million euros from the Republic of Austria (tax office for large companies). The Vienna Commercial Court has consolidated several proceedings for procedural economic reasons in order to provide an expert opinion.

Two investors

Meanwhile, the liquidator is still in the process of selling investments and real estate in Germany and Austria.
