Apartments renting caused record losses for private landlords last year. This is clear from the latest statistics of the Tax Administration.

According to the statistics of the tax authority, the amount of reported losses from the rental of condominiums already rose to more than 237 million euros last year. The number of reported losses has been recorded since 2018. At that time, the losses of rental operations were just under 109 million euros.
