Particularly known for its insulating materials EcoUpin CFO Pauli Anttila will start as the company’s new CEO at the beginning of the year.
Current CEO and board member Matti Kaski in this context, will return as chairman of the company’s board, the company says in a press release.
“The company’s new strategic period is about to begin. Matti Kaski has expressed to the board his desire to give up the position of CEO. The company’s board has assessed the situation and decided to appoint the company’s CFO Pauli Anttila to lead the company”, chairman of the board Tuomas Mikkonen states in the announcement.
“Under Paul’s leadership, the aim is to systematically develop operations in accordance with the strategic priority areas outlined today. On behalf of the board, I thank Matt for his term as CEO, and it’s great that we have him back as chairman of the board,” says Mikkonen.
