New financial goals from Sotkamo Silver

A mining company Sotkamo Silver has published new medium-term goals for the end of 2028.

The company aims for an annual silver production of 1.4 million ounces and an annual EBIT margin of more than 30 percent.

In addition, it aims for less than 2.0 net debt to EBIT margin and A-level performance in various areas in accordance with the Towards Sustainable Mining (TSM) standard.

The goals are not as ambitious as the previous medium-term goals valid until 2025.

In them, the company said it was aiming for, among other things, an annual silver production of more than 1.5 million ounces and an annual EBITDA of more than 30 percent.

The company’s share was up two percent after the stock market opened on Tuesday.
