Two construction sites in Petah Tikva were closed: the contractor was deprived of his license

According to the department, in August of this year, due to violations of the law and the practice accepted in the construction industry, the construction license of the above-mentioned company was suspended for one and a half years, and a fine of 40 thousand shekels was also imposed on it.

Despite this, the company continued construction work at sites in Petah Tikva: on Greenstein Street, 9 and on Yona Green Street, 4. After inspections, inspectors announced the closure of the facilities, the contractor was summoned for an investigation before starting additional procedures.

Officials with the state registry of construction contractors stress that the license suspension is intended to protect public safety and maintain professionalism in the construction industry. A contractor who performs work without a valid license is putting lives at risk and breaking the law.
