KH Group’s Juha Karttunen increased his stake in the company

Multidisciplinary company of KH Group chairman of the board Juha Karttunen has bought 200,000 KH Group shares for a total of 80,747 euros. Before the deals announced in two announcements today, Karttus had 70,000 shares and the number of shares thus increased to 270,000.

Karttunen’s number of shares corresponds to 0.46 percent of the shares, and Karttunen ranks 12th on the list of registered shareholders. The largest shareholders are Preato Capital (23.2%) and Mikko Laakkonen (17,2%).

In November, KH Group sold Indoor, which was focused on the furniture trade. Now tonsern’s two business areas are the construction and earthmoving machinery trade KH-Machines and a manufacturer of rescue vehicles Nordic Rescue Group.
