Dovre’s subsidiary files for bankruptcy

Project staffing and management services company Dovren subsidiary Suvic the board has decided to file for bankruptcy of the company. The bankruptcy application has been submitted to the Stockholm District Court.

The company already announced on Friday that it intends to file for Suvic’s bankruptcy.

Dovre previously said in the autumn profit warning that without additional financing or the income stream of new projects, it will not be able to cope with its payment obligations in the first quarter of 2026. According to Dovre, Suvic’s filing for bankruptcy is estimated to affect the parent company’s financial performance.

Trading in Dovre’s shares was stopped on Friday before the stock market opened by Nasdaq Helsinki.

Dovre said on Friday that the company’s guarantee arrangements are currently being negotiated. At that time, the company estimated that it has funds to continue the business for the time being.
