Parc Astérix is ​​recruiting 2,500 people in Oise for 2026, including 200 for its future hotel

The holiday season has barely ended, Parc Astérix is ​​not resting on its laurels, whether they belong to Caesar or not. It is already time to prepare for the 2026 season and launch its annual recruitment campaign, more ambitious than ever.

In addition to seasonal workers, the Gallic park located in Plailly (Oise) is now looking for all the employees of its future hotel, “the Odyssey”, which will open in 2027. “This year marks a major step in our HR strategy with the launch of anticipated recruitment for this new hotel,” confirms David Merafina, human resources director of Parc Astérix in a press release published by the Park on Tuesday, January 6.

Beyond the hotel industry, the 2026 recruitment campaign covers all the professions that bring the Park to life: operations, attractions, reception, catering, sales, shows, maintenance, technology, infrastructure, costumery and support functions. 2,500 recruits are expected

Seasonal positions which are aimed at all profiles, students, beginners, experienced professionals or people in retraining. And as is now well known for Parc Astérix, more than the CV, it is qualities such as interpersonal skills, sense of service, team spirit and motivation which will find favor in the eyes of Gallic recruiters.

The particularity of this recruitment campaign therefore lies in the 200 employee positions for the future Odyssée Hôtel, which will welcome its first clients in 2027. The needs concern the complete creation of hotel brigades: women and valets, receptionists, catering employees, waiters, bartenders, cooks, operational managers.

Jobs for which Parc Astérix takes the time to choose and train its future employees. “Parc Astérix does not subcontract any hotel work, all know-how is managed internally,” explains the park management. These anticipated recruitments will allow new employees to benefit from internal training programs, to gradually integrate into the teams already in place and to develop their skills before the official opening of the site in spring 2027.”
