Dubai Customs has achieved a new qualitative achievement that reflects its institutional leadership and leadership in adopting the concepts of foresight and future planning, by obtaining global accreditation in the field of future foresight from the Global Innovation Management Institute (GIMI), becoming the first customs authority in the region to obtain this specialized accreditation. The accreditation certificate was handed over during an official meeting that brought together Dubai Customs leaders with representatives of the Global Institute for Innovation Management and SIA Partners, where Dr. Abdullah Busnad, Director General of Dubai Customs, received the accreditation certificate in appreciation of the institutional efforts made in establishing a culture of foresight and enhancing readiness for the future.
