Mickey Rourke tries to return ’embarrassing’ donations: “To the last dollar”

One big fan of Rourke took his fate seriously and started a crowdfunding campaign with good intentions. It immediately received a lot of support and a large sum of money was raised in a short time. He felt ridiculed and humiliated and shouted that he should not have the money. “I have rent arrears, but that will work out,” says Rourke. “I have already found a new home in Los Angeles and have already received several film offers from Hollywood.”

The American actor took to Instagram to blast the ‘crowdfunding scam’ and said his lawyer is doing everything he can to ensure that everyone who donated is reimbursed down to the last dollar. “More than $100,000 had already been raised. $90,000 still needs to be returned,” the actor sighs. Rourke also writes in his message that the only thing he is currently concerned about is the health of his good friend Eric Dane. As is known, the former Grey’s anatomy-actor ALS, a disease that cannot be cured.
