According to a preliminary estimate, the change negotiations may lead to the end of a maximum of 125 jobs when the company reorganizes its operations and integrates the subsidiary Väre oy into the parent company.

The goal of the change negotiations is to respond to the demands of the changing business environment by reorganizing the group and developing operating methods, the company says in its press release.

Through the negotiations, the aim is to strengthen the conditions for profitable and sustainable growth by reorganizing work tasks, removing overlaps and making processes more efficient, the release describes.

At the same time, Helen plans to establish new roles to meet the changed operational needs.
