Rud Pedersen Finland has bought Tekir’s entire stock from its founder Harri Saukkomaa and other shareholders.

Communications agencies Rud Pedersen and Tekir will merge into one entity during the current year, the companies say in their press release.

According to the release, Rud Pedersen Finland has bought Tekir’s entire stock from its founder Harri from Saukkomaa and from other shareholders.

Saukkomaa continues to work as an advisor and board member.

Rud Pedersen, founded in Sweden, is a consulting house focused on social influence and strategic communication. It operates in 19 European countries and employs more than 600 people.

In Finland, the company is, among other things, they lobbied French Dassault fighters.

Tekir, on the other hand, specializes in demanding communication, strategic communication and social influence. About 40 communication professionals work in the consulting company.
