The vast majority of applications – 120 out of 162 – were submitted electronically, which for Gori shows that there is no digital divide. The audience involved is mainly male, slightly older and removed from the labor market.

Just over half of the applicants (83 out of 162) were found suitable for rapid activation into work, paving the way for enhanced guidance into the labor market.

“These first results confirm that the PCSWs can absorb the impact of the reform while continuing to provide individualized and effective guidance. This also confirms that this reform offers a real opportunity for a large part of the population to return to work,” Gori concluded.
