Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation PJSC (Empower) announced that it will continue to maintain the levels of Emiratisation achieved, until the end of 2025, which reflects its firm commitment to supporting national human capital and empowering Emirati talent in vital sectors. She stressed that its development and rehabilitation programs contributed to consolidating the presence of citizens in various engineering, technical and administrative positions, and enhancing their role in supporting the process of growth and sustainability. Empower also confirmed its keenness to attract and qualify promising national talents, and provide a work environment that supports diversity and inclusion and achieving gender balance, as the percentage of female citizens reached 46% of the total national cadres, compared to 54% of male citizens.
