New Kazakh airline announced the start of flights to Israel

The Kazakh airline SCAT Airlines announced the start of flights between Israel and Shymkent, the second largest city in Kazakhstan.

Flights begin on June 9, 2026. Flight time is about 4.5 hours. Ticket prices start from $255. In addition to the direct route, the company will offer convenient connecting flights to other popular destinations such as Almaty and Bishkek.

Flights from Tel Aviv to Shymkent will operate every Thursday late morning and land in Kazakhstan in the evening, while return flights will depart Shymkent on Tuesday mornings and land in Israel in the afternoon.

For those flying to Bishkek, the company offers a route that includes departure from Tel Aviv on Tuesdays at 20:50, a wait of about two hours and forty minutes in Shymkent and landing in Kyrgyzstan on Wednesday morning. The return flight from Bishkek will depart every Thursday early in the morning and land at Ben Gurion Airport at 09:45 after a stopover of about three hours in Shymkent.
