The second edition of Evolio Expo 2026 it ended on a positive note, becoming an appointment strategic for the growth of the sector.

Evolio Expo 2026 confirms itself as a point of reference for the whole Italian olive oil supply chain. With buyers from over 16 strategic countries for the sector, the fair, dedicated toextra virgin olive oilhas become an important event for the promotion of Made in Italy products also at an international level.

Young people and innovation at the center of the debate

The introduction of new technologies e di idee innovative in the sector, trying to attract more and more new generationswere the themes at the center of the debate between trade associations, producers and institutions. A necessary comparison to bring Italy back into a better position competitive in the production of olive oil and to face future changes, generating a positive impact both from an environmental, economic and social point of view.
