Mozzarella Dop, the “first” of the Consortium at Bit Milano

The Protection Consortium makes his debut at Bit of Milan (10-12 February), where he will talk about the buffalo mozzarella from Campania not only in its current relevance world excellence but valorising them historical roots. Thanks to the collaboration with the Caserta State Archives of the General Directorate of Archives of the Ministry of Culture, the Consortium’s stand (Pavilion 11 – H45) will immerse visitors in theBourbon era. The space, in fact, was set up with the reproduction of historical documents and exhibition panels from the exhibition “The White Lady at the King’s table. Mozzarella and buffalo breeding in the Bourbon archives”, ongoing until 28 February at the State Archives in the Royal Palace of Caserta and created with the contribution of the Consortium for the Protection of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana Dop.

The objective of the Consortium is to encourage Dop tourism: “At Bit we bring the indissoluble bond that exists between our product and yours territoryproposing itineraries to discover an extraordinary area from every point of view, from art to nature”, underlines the president of the organisation, Domenico Raimondo.
