AI chip maker Nvidia has signed a new lease agreement with property management company Melisron for 11 floors totaling 29,000 square meters in a new office building under construction in Ofer Park in Yokneam.
The lease term will be 10 years with an option to extend for another 13 years. The transaction cost is 230 million shekels.
It should be noted that Nvidia currently already occupies 38 thousand square meters of office space in Ofer Park, and the new deal effectively doubles this area.
At the same time, Nvidia’s offices in Yokneam are not directly related to the 160 thousand square meter megacampus that the corporation intends to build in Kiryat Tivon.
