Nord sells all Novayas units on Yas Island

Nord Real Estate Development Company announced the sale of all units of the “Novias” residential project on Yas Island within a short period of its launch, in an indication that reflects the strong demand for residential projects located in vital locations in Abu Dhabi. The project includes 96 residential units within an eight-storey building, and its value is estimated at approximately 300 million dirhams. The rapid demand indicates increasing interest among buyers and investors in residences that combine a strategic location with thoughtful planning, especially on Yas Island, which is witnessing rapid growth in real estate demand. The project is located near a number of prominent entertainment destinations in the emirate, in addition to the upcoming “Disneyland” project, which contributed to enhancing its attractiveness.
