INPS launches the new Family Portal: 40 services in a single platform

It was presented in Rome, at Palazzo Chigi, by the president of INPS Gabriele Fava and by the minister for Family, Birth and Equal Opportunities Eugenia Roccellathe newFamily and Parenting Portal: un digital ecosystemdesigned by the Institute which brings together in a single space, also accessible via app,40 INPS benefitsdedicated to families and parents and about300 services of other Public Administrationsin a logic ofinteroperability. The initiative, we read in a note, represents a turning point in the strategy ofinclusive digitalisationof the Institute, transforming access tobonuses, leaves and subsidiesin an intuitive experience free of bureaucratic obstacles.

The platform is organized into 7 sections: ‘INPS Services’ (personalised), ‘Becoming parents’, ‘Child growth’, ‘Disability’, ‘Family centres’, ‘Proximity services (Near you)’. The portal can be accessed withDon’t worry about YOU. The Home Page presents the main onesINPS services for the familyorganized by key moments in life. Among the services present in the ISEE Portal are:Universal Single Allowance (AUU)new born bonuses,asylum bonusnew bonus for mothers, social bonuses,parental leave(maternity and paternity), leave allowance, “Dedicated to you” card, European disability card, freedom income, ADI, women’s bonus, domestic workers, family booklet, family centres,benefits for children with disabilities.

Project objectives and target audience

Today the measures for children andparentingthey concern a larger audience10 million kids e 6.5 million familiesbut there are many more who interact with INPS every year. The objective of the project, which marks a new step forward of the new approach ofgenerative welfareis to put the real needs of parents at the center, offering asingle and transparent access pointfor each stage of children’s growth, based on one’s family situation and the area of ​​residence.

Integrated user experience and interoperability

The portal offers a user experienceintegrated and personalizedin which all the services relevant to the same event are proposed and managed in a coordinated and needs-related manner and – for the first time in the country – ainterinstitutional and interoperable managementwhich enables collaboration betweenINPS and other PAsencouraging the construction of ashared digital ecosystem. The section dedicated to the Services of other public bodies allows direct access to information, guidelines and services, both national and regional, divided into administrative services (registration at the registry office, request for the tax code, identity documents for the minor); health and health services for the family (choice of pediatrician, compulsory and free vaccinations, vaccination calendar, family clinics); support and guidance for parents (local social services, social welfare services for vulnerable families, family caregivers); growth and care of your child (choice of nursery school, choice of nursery school, choice of primary school and lower secondary school); useful tools (national registry of the resident population, revenue agency, AGID).

The strategic vision of the government and INPS

Families and children are the future, supporting them is not an expense but the most important ofinvestments“.

It is not an additional financial measure, but a structural choicesimplificationbringing services that are currently scattered into a single access, in a single click”.
