Election campaigns: Bennett received financial guarantees for 30 million shekels, Eizenkot – for 10 million shekels.

Former head of government Naftali Bennett, who is running in the elections at the head of the Bennett 2026 party, has attracted loan guarantees to finance the election campaign in the amount of 30 million shekels, Calcalist reports.

The amount of guarantees is calculated based on the forecast of receiving 20 mandates in the elections. As the election approaches, if polls show an increase in the number of seats, Bennett may increase the amount of guarantees. If he receives 20 seats, he will be eligible for public funding from the Knesset in the amount of about 37.8 million shekels.

All guarantees Bennett received were provided by entrepreneurs whose main activities are conducted outside of Israel, in order to avoid future conflicts of interest and regulatory pressure.

However, at the moment, Bennett has not disclosed to the state comptroller the names of all guarantors, since he has not yet used the guarantees to obtain bank loans.

Among Bennett’s guarantors: developer Gil Rubinstein, high-tech entrepreneur Omer Kaplan (ironSource), each of whom provided a guarantee of 1 million shekels. Bennett also received a guarantee of NIS 2 million from Asaf Vand (Hippo), NIS 1 million from Donna Raz-Levi, former director of government relations and foreign policy at Google and member of the Dvora forum, Nir Novak (Electra Target) and Omer Shvili (Investing.com).

At the same time, Novak is among the founders of the Bennett 2026 party.

According to the publication, the leader of another new Yashar party, Gadi Eizenkot, received guarantees in the amount of 10 million shekels. Among his guarantors are Meir Adest (SolarEdge) and Hila Raanani.
