Prateralm GmbH, once the operator of the Prateralm in Vienna’s Prater, is bankrupt again. The current operator, Scala Rubens Restaurantbetrieb GmbH, based around the well-known Viennese restaurateur Heinz Pollischansky, is not affected by this.
The creditor protection association Creditreform has corrected its previous information. The restaurant continues to operate as usual and is not affected by any economic difficulties, as Pollischansky emphasized to the APA.
As Creditreform reported on Wednesday evening, bankruptcy proceedings were opened today against Prateralm GmbH at the HG Vienna. In the preliminary proceedings, 41 creditors registered claims totaling 1.29 million euros, of which 1.23 million euros were recognized. An 85 percent restructuring plan was adopted, of which only the cash portion was paid.
