PVI Insurance exceeded the social insurance collection plan

In 2025, PVI Insurance recorded positive results in implementing social insurance and health insurance collection services through its system of member units and network of collaborators nationwide. Total collection fees for the entire system reached 3,235 billion VND, equivalent to 101% of the year’s plan (3,180 billion VND).

Cross-selling activities through cooperation channels with the Farmers’ Association continue to record growth. Revenue reached 50 billion VND, equal to 106% of the plan (47 billion VND), showing the effectiveness of coordination between businesses and grassroots socio-political organizations, contributing to bringing welfare policies closer to the people, especially in rural areas and informal labor groups.

At the same time, the business focuses on expanding its agent force. During the year, PVI Insurance developed 318 more agents through the social insurance collection channel. Increasing the network helps people, business households and small businesses more conveniently access information, fulfill obligations and enjoy social insurance benefits as well as non-life insurance.

Not only completing planned targets, activities to develop social and health insurance participants in 2025 also demonstrate the role of businesses in implementing social security policies. During the implementation process, businesses require compliance with legal regulations on participant development and collection as a foundation, ensuring people’s legal rights and transparency in management.

Through coordination with social insurance agencies at all levels and related organizations, the unit contributes to diversifying revenue channels, applying technology to management and control, and improving convenience for participants. Appropriate implementation models aim to expand social insurance coverage, aiming for sustainable and inclusive welfare.

Entering the next stage, the business determines that social insurance collection is an important content in its retail and sustainable development strategy. The goal is to bring the collection service to about 40-50% of the market share.

To realize this orientation, PVI Insurance will continue to standardize business processes, improve management quality, and develop a professional network of collaborators and agents. At the same time, the business promotes digital transformation in management and support for participants, thereby affirming its commitment to accompany state management agencies in implementing social insurance policies in the new period.
