The leaders of an Israeli defense company involved in the production and sale of weapons systems are suspected of tax and economic crimes.
The investigation, which began in 2021, is being led by investigators from the Israel Tax Authority and the Israel Police. A court order has been placed on the publication of details of the case.
The case materials were transferred to the prosecutor’s office for study and decision-making back in July 2024, but the decision to file indictments has not yet been made.
According to representatives of law enforcement agencies, “a number of additional investigative actions are required in the case.”
