At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Chien – Chairman of the Board of Members of Ho Chi Minh City Lottery Company – Chairman of the Southern Regional Lottery Council, said that to achieve the 2-digit growth target in 2026, the Southern Regional Lottery Council has proposed to the Ministry of Finance to allow an increase in issuance revenue from 140 billion VND to 160 billion VND per period, from April 1.
