STOCK EXCHANGE: Luotea’s first report disappointed investors

The general index of the Helsinki Stock Exchange was up 0.6 percent at 13,093.68 points after a short period of trading.

Technically, the official figures for 2025 reflect the situation before the split, but in the financial statements Luotea presents the circular economy business as discontinued operations, and the comparison period has been adjusted accordingly.

Even last year, both business functions, property management and waste management, were part of it Lassila & Tikanojaa. Recycling and environmental services were separated from the whole into a new company, which was listed on the stock exchange under the name Lassila & Tikanoja. The remaining old company continued the stock market story of Lassila & Tikanoja, but took a new name, Luotea.

Luotea’s turnover and operating result weakened in the last quarter of 2025. The Swedish operations were loss-making.

Luotea advises that the adjusted ebita of 2026 is estimated to increase or increase significantly compared to the adjusted ebita of 2025, which was 7.0 million euros.

A software company Digital announced on Friday morning that it would start change negotiations. About 300 people out of Digia’s approximately 1,600 employees are involved in the negotiations. The estimate of the reduction need is a maximum of 50 people. Annual savings of approximately 2–3 million euros are aimed for through the change negotiations.

Digia’s share was down 0.3 percent at EUR 6.02 after trading for a while.
