Xanh SM received the award for Outstanding Electric Vehicle Calling Application

The SM Green App Award is organized annually by global digital data analysis company Sensor Tower, to recognize mobile applications with outstanding performance in the region.

According to the organizing committee, the winning applications are evaluated on independent data, including indicators: number of downloads, number of monthly users, growth rate, revenue, user interaction level… “Xanh SM was honored thanks to its breakthrough moment, showing a platform of continuous and stable growth over time to be recognized at the regional level,” said a representative of the organizing committee.

Accordingly, Xanh SM has a monthly user growth rate of 114.4% over the same period last year, and also leads in downloads among electric vehicle calling platforms in the region. Currently, this platform is operating in Vietnam, Laos, Indonesia and the Philippines.

“Xanh SM determines that growth is only sustainable when accompanied by the ability to maintain uniform service quality in all markets. Expanding the scale of the electric vehicle fleet while ensuring a consistent experience for users is a priority throughout the development process,” said a representative of GSM, the operator of the Xanh SM platform.

Accordingly, the stability described by this business aims to bring value to both users and the community of drivers operating on the platform.

Previously, Xanh SM was honored at the Tech Awards 2025 organized by VnExpress, with the title of Outstanding Ride-hailing Application and Vietnamese Technology Brand of the Year. Later, this platform received the CXP Best Customer Experience Award, recognizing deployment capacity and operating standards maintained consistently throughout the system.
