The move is intended to provide economic and legal support to the many families who are forced to remain with their children due to the shutdown of the education system during Operation Roar of the Lion.
According to 0404.co.il, in the near future the Ministry of Finance will finally formulate a general compensation mechanism for the commercial sector and employees, work on it is being carried out in cooperation with the association of entrepreneurs and the Histadrut.
The decision to open the robe to parents of children under 14 years of age is a key element of the government’s assistance program, which aims to prevent a heavy blow to family income during the war.
The Ministry of Finance emphasizes that the final details of the mechanism, including the amount of payments and conditions of eligibility, will be officially published after discussions with economic organizations and trade unions are completed.
