Due to the emergency situation, the Land Office has announced the postponement of payment deadlines, financial filings and appeals.
All payment receipts with a maturity date from March 1 to March 15 are automatically extended – payment can be made until March 16 inclusive. In this case, an updated receipt is not required, indexation and interest are not charged, and late payment is not considered a violation of the terms of the transaction.
Customers whose finance specification expires between March 1st and March 15th may return it signed until March 16th. In addition, the deadlines for filing primary and secondary objections, legal claims, and development claims that expired between March 1 and March 15 are being extended until March 16.
Requests for additional extensions beyond these dates will be considered on a case-by-case basis as determined by the board and in consultation with the appeals committee.
