Mr. Mukesh Pilania is one of the founding members and leads the entire project, bringing Techcom Life into the life insurance market with initial success. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of insurance and digital transformation in Asia. Previously, Mukesh Pilania held many important positions at Techcombank, including leading the retail and payment digital banking segments.

According to CEO Techcom Life, Vietnam’s life insurance industry is entering a period of transformation, as customers increasingly demand transparency, simplicity and intrinsic value in financial protection products.

“To rebuild the insurance sector, technology and data play a key role. We want to apply AI to bring transparency, simplicity and real value to customers, empowering customers to control their future through smart and personalized solutions,” Mr. Mukesh Pilania shared.

Techcom Life representative said that in the coming period, the business will reshape the insurance experience by integrating protection solutions into each family’s financial journey, leveraging AI to provide real-time data analysis, helping customers feel secure in developing and strengthening their financial foundation.

The CEO emphasized that Techcom Life’s strategy will focus on developing insurance products that are easy to understand, with clear benefits, and services that suit the actual needs of customers. The business also aims to apply AI and data to personalize protection solutions, while automating some appraisal and payment processes to shorten processing time.

In addition, Techcom Life said it will continue to improve its management framework according to international standards and take advantage of Techcombank’s digital infrastructure to integrate insurance services into the financial ecosystem, helping customers access protection solutions more conveniently.

Techcom Life Insurance is a member of Techcombank’s financial ecosystem, aiming to develop insurance solutions associated with customers’ comprehensive financial journey. The enterprise was licensed to be established by the Ministry of Finance in July 2025, officially launched in September 2025 and signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Techcombank.
