Gelex’s subsidiary successfully mobilized a 200 million USD syndicated loan

The loan is the result of Gelex Infrastructure’s roadshow series in Singapore and Taiwan (China) in December 2025. The business has worked with more than 30 international banks, of which 19 international financial institutions have approved investment limits. This is Gelex Infrastructure’s first USD-denominated syndicated loan from the foreign market. The loan has a term of 5 years, in which HSBC is the main arranger and book coordinator.

Mr. Le Tuan Anh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gelex Infrastructure, said that the participation of international financial institutions in the loan helps businesses supplement resources for long-term, sustainable growth goals.

Gelex Infrastructure representatives also appreciated HSBC’s role in connecting businesses with the international financial network, thereby expanding capital mobilization channels for future infrastructure projects.

“Gelex’s financial partnerships are always built on a foundation of transparency, discipline and long-term vision to create a foundation for sustainable relationships and long-term development opportunities,” Mr. Le Tuan Anh emphasized.

Mr. Tim Evans, General Director and Director of Corporate Banking and Financial Institutions Division of HSBC Vietnam, expects that the capital arrangement will support businesses in their medium-term investment plans, while contributing to promoting the ability of Vietnamese businesses to access international capital.

Gelex Infrastructure is a subsidiary of Gelex Group, operating in the field of infrastructure development, industrial parks, utilities and energy-related fields. Previously, in 2025, Gelex completed a loan guarantee transaction of 79 million USD, guaranteed by the Italian export credit agency (ECA).

The continuously implemented series of international financial transactions demonstrates Gelex Group’s orientation to diversify capital sources, improve financial capacity and prepare resources for large-scale projects.
