The government strengthens Transition 5.0: total funds of over 14 billion for businesses

The government fully restores the resources forTransition 5.0and adds another 200 million, leading to1.5 billion in fundsdestined to allebusinessesthat they have invested indigitalisation ed energy efficiency. According to what emerged at the end of the table at Mimit with business associations, the overall value of the measure exceeds 4 billion euros, while the entire Transition 5.0 package, includingtax creditand new three-year version based onhyper-depreciationreaches around 14 billion.

“We have made the maximum possible effort,” said the Minister of Business and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso, according to sources present at the meeting. Urso explained that, in addition to the full confirmation of the 1.3 billion already foreseen for companies that have invested in digitalisation and energy efficiency with Transition 5.0, a further 200 million have been added, for a total of1.5 billion. The minister also recalled that with thetax decreethe “Made in Europe” constraint has been removed, thus expanding the range of incentivized products, and that the newTransition 5.0lasting three years and based onhyper-depreciationis strengthened by 1.4 billion, from 8.4 to 9.8 billion.

Overall Transition 5.0, in the version just concluded withtax creditand in the new one with hyper-depreciation, you can count on an endowment of approx14 billion. “The commitments will be kept, all those who have submitted applications will receive what they are due”, he added, again according to the same sources, at the end of the table.

Confindustria’s satisfaction and the tax credit

Satisfaction was also expressed byConfindustria. President Emanuele Orsini spoke of “appreciation” for the fact that, in a difficult geopolitical context, thebusiness support.
