Israel signed a contract with Greece for the supply of the PULS missile system worth NIS 2.3 billion

The Israeli and Greek ministries of defense on Monday, April 6, signed a major military contract in Athens for the supply of PULS rocket artillery systems produced by the Elbit concern to the Greek army. The transaction amount is about 2.3 billion shekels (about $630 million).

The Elbit company will act as the main contractor and supply launchers, as well as a set of guided munitions of various ranges.

The contract is for four years, followed by a ten-year maintenance period, and some components will be produced directly in Greece.

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz said the deal reflects a deepening strategic partnership between the two countries and confirms the strong international demand for Israeli military technology – including in the context of ongoing hostilities.
