Faron collected gross assets of 40 million euros through the offering

Faron announced the preliminary results of its rights issue. According to Anni’s preliminary results, a total of 41,944,771 offered shares were subscribed in Anni, which corresponds to approximately 52.33 percent of the total number of offered shares, which is 80158126. Anni had a guaranteed subscription guarantee from institutional investors.

Based on the results, a total of 38756007 shares to be offered were subscribed with pre-emptive rights and a total of 3188764 shares to be offered were subscribed without pre-emptive rights, excluding anchor commitments

The remaining unsubscribed shares will be allocated to investors who have previously committed to subscribe for the shares to be offered, which have not otherwise been subscribed and paid for under subscription rights or in a secondary subscription.

The company will receive from Ann gross assets of approximately EUR 40.1 million and net income of approximately EUR 32.8 million, when transaction costs are taken into account

“I am very satisfied with the preliminary results of this rights issue, which reflect the strong commitment and trust of both our current shareholders and new anchor investors. The successful securing of gross proceeds of approximately EUR 40 million creates a decisive foundation for Faron’s next chapter”, CEO Juho Jalkanen says in the announcement.

“This funding allows us to accelerate the development of our lead asset, bexmarilimab, in particular by funding our randomized phase II study in frontline high-risk MDS and extending our cash flow until November 2027,” continues Jalkanen.

The final results of the offering and the allocation of shares will be announced on April 9, 2026.

On Wednesday, Faron’s share price has increased by about ten percent at 0.611 euros. The share price in the issue was 0.50 euros.
